Still not too late to attend this Wednesday’s meeting. There are workshops including one from my colleague Kirsty from the Open Book Agency about using your website to increase sales.
Also they have Christmas gift ideas up there at the moment. My niece bought some original bookmarks from there on Saturday.

I’ve probably mentioned Smart Women before but apart from being in the network I use their website to keep up with events in the area. It’s so hard otherwise to take time out to check what’s happening.

Some free access to normally closed places is advertised on the Nottingham events site. One of interest to me is Bromley House Library and Garden.
It’s situated right in the middle of the city opposite the Central Library on Angel Row, and I bet many people go past every day not realising what it is. Take the chance to go in and have a look. Open day is Sunday 14th September from 10am to 4pm.
Years ago I knew someone who worked in the library and she told me how wonderful a place it was. Bit like an old fashioned gentlemen’s club. But it is open to women now.

Claire Chapman who was a client of mine a few years ago when she was setting up as a coach is facilitating a workshop.
She’s a very bubbly person and welcoming so I can recommend talking to her if you’re looking for a new job and not sure how to go about finding one.
Check out details on her website. www.gethirednowuk.com

Had a quick look at what’s on over on the e-business club site.
I noticed there are still some places for the Advanced SEO planning course on 31 July in Nottingham. These free courses are excellent and if you still feel unsure about future tactics, the workshop could be a good place to begin. Check it out at the e-business club site.
