I have spent the last 31 years in the corporate world, working both for the public and private sectors. Having launched my own business last month, I am already feeling slightly isolated and I miss the dynamics of being part of a team and the company ethos. It is early days for me yet, and I am travelling along the 'change curve' steadily, learning as I go.
