In particular Susan Hallam excited delegates by outlining how many ways companies can use to&#8230;

draw traffic to their sites using video, blogs, social networking sites and attracting quality links.  Susan of Hallam Communications(www.shcl.co.uk) emphasised that all these are needed but&#8230; first the website must be quality and content rich to feed search engine spiders.
A similar message had come from Jonathan Wall Marketing Director of Dabs.  His top tip was &#8216;if you can&#8217;t measure it, don&#8217;t do it.&#8217;
